  • Yes! We offer delivery and pickup Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-5pm.

    For same-day deliveries, orders placed before 12pm will be delivered in the afternoon. For same-day orders placed after 12pm, we ask that customers please call the shop.


    If an order is placed outside of business hours for the next day, it will be ready after 12pm the following day.

  • Yes!

    For our bouquets and arrangements, you can choose from our curated colour palette options and leave a request in your checkout notes. For event florals, including weddings, we warmly welcome notes, inspiration, or mood boards.

    We cannot always promise specific flowers, but we will always do our best to source what we can and translate your ideas into beautiful, seasonal pieces.

  • Absolutely. Just provide the recipient’s name, address, contact and delivery instructions at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and bi-monthly floral subscriptions for your home or as a gift. Sign up for a flower subscription here.

  • We put a lot of care and intention into each design, so we warmly welcome your feedback. Please contact us at shop@folklorefloral.ca within 24 hours of receipt and include your order details, description, and a photo of any defects.

  • Our flower bunches can be found in-shop at Cook St. Liquor, Discovery Coffee (Blanshard & Oak Bay), and Caffe Fantastico (Dockside).

Ordering Flowers

  • We deliver throughout Greater Victoria, including Downtown, Saanich, the Peninsula, and the West Shore. Delivery rates vary per location.

  • Yes! Orders can be picked up from our shop at 1019 Cook St, in Victoria, BC on Tuesday–Saturday, between 10am and 5pm.

    For same-day orders placed after 12pm, please call the shop.

    Please note: If an order is placed outside of business hours for the next day, it will be ready after 12pm the following day.

  • One delivery attempt is always made.

    If the recipient is not there, we will contact the recipient and do our best to arrange a new delivery time within business hours.

    Flowers will be left at a door if it is deemed safe for the order to remain fresh.

    For apartments, we call first to ensure we have buzzer numbers and access. If your order is a surprise, please make sure this is clear and you pass the delivery details to us beforehand Also, we kindly ask you to please ensure your recipient is in town.

    We will make two attempts at delivery in the same day, but if the delay in delivery requires a remake of the bouquet, extra fees will occur.

  • Yes! We sell physical gift cards that can be used at our brick and mortar shop.

  • Yes! Our shop is available for intimate gatherings, creative sessions, small events, and to traveling florists. Contact us at admin@folklorefloral.ca for availability and details.

  • Absolutely. From small gatherings to full weddings, we offer custom floral design tailored to your vision. Full-service weddings and á la carte options are both available. Learn more on our events page.

Shop & Services

  • To get started, simply fill out the inquiry form on our Floral Services page. Once we receive your details, our team will be in touch to book a Discovery Call to learn more about your floral vision, priorities, and budget.

    From there, we’ll prepare a proposal and move forward with a formal booking, which includes a signed contract and deposit where applicable. After that, you’re officially on our calendar, and we begin bringing your floral plans to life.

  • Our A La Carte Wedding Shop offers a simplified, flexible way to bring beautiful floral design to your wedding without the commitment of full-service event styling. You choose the pieces you need, such as bouquets, centrepieces, boutonnières, and we create them in your preferred colour palette using seasonal blooms and our signature design style.

    Because this service is streamlined, everything is ordered directly through our A La Carte page. We encourage couples to place their order once they have their date, colour palette, and key details ready.

    During our busy season we do our best to accommodate A La Carte weddings, and we’ll clearly indicate if a date is unavailable.

    We encourage photos, mood boards, and as many colour notes as you have at checkout, and our team will thoughtfully design arrangements that complement your vision. All pieces are carefully packaged for easy pickup at our shop, and delivery may be available upon request. Please email events@folklorefloral.ca for delivery rates and availability.

    A La Carte is ideal for couples who don’t require full-service event design, as well as those planning intimate celebrations or elopements.

  • Yes! We’re happy to travel for weddings and events and would love to discuss the possibilities with you. Travel is assessed on a case-by-case basis and does include additional fees, which we’ll outline clearly during the planning process.

Weddings & Events

  • To keep your flowers fresh, consider placing the flowers away from direct sunlight or other heat sources. As your flowers move through their life cycle, we welcome you to remove any spent stems and add fresh, cool water to the vase every other day.

  • We source a curated mix of local, seasonal blooms from regional growers, as well as select imported flowers to complement specific design needs. We choose our stems with intention, sustainability, and quality in mind. We love supporting our friends who grow beautiful flowers on Vancouver Island.

  • We are committed to sustainability in every step of our process. We prioritize minimal packaging, using compostable and recyclable materials whenever possible, and we do not use traditional floral foam. Reusable components and mechanics are used wherever we can, and all of our flowers are sourced with sustainability as a core value. From the shop to your event, we focus on thoughtful waste reduction and intentional sourcing to minimize our environmental impact.
